Mighty Kicks Capital Region is the premier introductory soccer program for children. Our Mobile Program is unique and designed to build self-confidence, motor skills, and basic soccer techniques. Our method is proven, with an age-appropriate curriculum designed to enhance each child's learning experience while leaving a lasting impression.
We limit our class sizes to ensure a better experience, with better coaching, and better curriculum, providing all participants with better value!

ENRICHMENT PROGRAM
(ages 2½ – 5)
For Preschools and Day Cares- offered onsite at provider locations, allows parents to enroll their child in a quality extracurricular activity without an additional time investment.
AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM
(ages 5-12)
Takes place at elementary schools and provides a fun, creative environment for skill development.
OPEN PROGRAMS
(ages 2-7)
For home-schoolers (and the general public) takes place at convenient locations throughout the Capital Region. The Parent/Child Interactive Class (for ages 2 – 3.5) is a part of this Open Program offering.
RECREATIONAL SOCCER LEAGUE
(ages 3-8)
We plan to offer a recreational league in the near future. Our goal is to offer a safe, fun environment for skill development, team play and healthy competition. We'll offer real coaches, with training so that children have a better first experience with the game of soccer.
PRIVATE TRAINING
(ages 11-17)
We offer Technical Functional Training for serious soccer players who are committed to learning how to train themselves and mastering positional techniques. We offer one-on-one training or group sessions to facilitate “iron sharpens iron” development. Request more info below.
